Neko3DScanner 不收集、不傳送、也不販售你的任何資料。這個 App 沒有帳號、沒有分析工具、
沒有廣告、沒有第三方 SDK,也沒有伺服器。你掃描的一切都留在你自己的裝置上。
我們不做的事
- 不收集任何個人資料
- 不進行追蹤,也不與任何人分享資料以進行追蹤
- 不使用分析、當機回報或廣告 SDK
- 沒有後端伺服器 —— 你的掃描不會被上傳到任何地方
- 專案中沒有任何第三方套件
App 在你裝置上處理的資料
相機與 LiDAR
掃描時,App 會讀取相機影像與 LiDAR 深度資料來建立 3D 網格。這些影像、深度圖與產出的模型
只寫入 App 專屬的沙盒容器,不會離開你的裝置。
位置(選用,預設關閉)
「標記地理位置」預設是關閉的。只有在你主動開啟後,每次掃描才會記錄一組
GPS 座標,用途是讓你能在地圖上整理自己的掃描。座標儲存在裝置上。
當你檢視或修改某次掃描的位置時,App 會使用 Apple 的地圖服務把座標轉換成地址、或搜尋地點。
這類查詢由 Apple 處理,適用 Apple 的隱私權政策;我們不會收到、也無法存取查詢內容。
購買
Neko3D Pro 的購買完全由 Apple 的 App Store 處理。App 只會從 App Store 得知
「是否已購買」這一個狀態,永遠不會看到你的付款方式、Apple 帳號或姓名。
當你主動分享時
匯出或分享掃描時,目的地由你自己決定(AirDrop、檔案、訊息、其他 App…)。請注意內容差異:
.neko3d 完整封裝包含相機影像,以及(若你曾開啟過)GPS 座標。- 其他 3D 格式(USDZ / OBJ / GLB / PLY / STL / 3MF)只含幾何與貼圖,不含 GPS 座標。
資料一旦分享出去,就受你所選那個服務的政策管轄,不再由本 App 控制。
刪除資料
- 在 App 內刪除一筆掃描,會連同它的所有檔案一起刪除。
- 刪除 App 會移除全部掃描、設定與快取。
因為我們手上從來沒有你的資料,所以不存在「向我們申請刪除」這件事。
兒童
本 App 不向任何人收集資料,兒童亦然。
政策變更
政策若有更新,本頁頂端的「最後更新」日期會隨之更動。若有實質性的變更,我們也會在 App 的
更新說明中說明。

Privacy Policy
Neko3DScanner

Neko3DScanner collects nothing, transmits nothing, and sells nothing. There is no
account, no analytics, no advertising, no third-party SDK, and no server. Everything
you scan stays on your device.
What we do not do
- We do not collect personal data.
- We do not track you, and we share nothing with anyone for tracking purposes.
- We use no analytics, crash-reporting, or advertising SDKs.
- We run no backend — your scans are never uploaded anywhere.
- The project contains no third-party packages.
What the app processes on your device
Camera and LiDAR
While scanning, the app reads camera images and LiDAR depth data to build the 3D mesh.
Those images, depth maps, and the resulting model are written only to the app's private
container. They never leave your device.
Location (optional, off by default)
Geotagging is off by default. Only if you turn it on does each scan
record a GPS coordinate, so you can organise your scans on a map. The coordinate is
stored on your device.
When you view or edit a scan's location, the app uses Apple's map services to turn a
coordinate into an address or to search for a place. Apple handles those lookups under
Apple's privacy policy; we never receive them and cannot access them.
Purchases
Neko3D Pro is purchased entirely through Apple's App Store. The app learns only whether
the unlock has been purchased. It never sees your payment method, your Apple Account, or
your name.
When you choose to share
When you export or share a scan, you choose the destination (AirDrop, Files, Messages,
another app…). Note what each format carries:
- A
.neko3d package includes the camera images, and the GPS
coordinate if you ever enabled geotagging.
- The other 3D formats (USDZ / OBJ / GLB / PLY / STL / 3MF) carry geometry and texture
only — no GPS coordinate.
Once shared, the data is governed by whichever service you sent it to, and is no longer
under this app's control.
Deleting your data
- Deleting a scan in the app deletes all of its files with it.
- Deleting the app removes every scan, setting, and cache.
Since we never hold your data in the first place, there is nothing to request deletion of
from us.
Children
The app collects no data from anyone, children included.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above changes with it. Material changes
will also be noted in the app's release notes.

Neko3DScanner は、いかなるデータも収集・送信・販売しません。アカウント、解析ツール、広告、
サードパーティ製 SDK、サーバーのいずれも存在しません。スキャンした内容はすべて、
お使いの端末内にとどまります。
行わないこと
- 個人データを収集しません。
- トラッキングを行わず、トラッキング目的で第三者にデータを共有することもありません。
- 解析・クラッシュレポート・広告の SDK を一切使用しません。
- バックエンドサーバーを持ちません。スキャンがどこかへアップロードされることはありません。
- プロジェクトにサードパーティ製パッケージを含みません。
端末内で処理されるデータ
カメラと LiDAR
スキャン中、アプリはカメラ画像と LiDAR の深度データを読み取り、3D メッシュを生成します。
これらの画像・深度マップ・生成されたモデルは、アプリ専用のサンドボックス領域にのみ保存され、
端末外に出ることはありません。
位置情報(任意・初期設定はオフ)
位置情報の記録は初期状態ではオフです。オンにした場合にのみ、各スキャンに
GPS 座標が記録され、地図上でスキャンを整理できるようになります。座標は端末内に保存されます。
スキャンの位置を表示・編集する際、アプリは Apple の地図サービスを利用して座標を住所に変換したり、
場所を検索したりします。これらの問い合わせは Apple のプライバシーポリシーに基づいて Apple が処理し、
当方が内容を受け取ることも、アクセスすることもできません。
購入
Neko3D Pro の購入は、すべて Apple の App Store が処理します。アプリが知り得るのは
「購入済みかどうか」という状態のみで、お支払い方法・Apple アカウント・お名前を参照することは
一切ありません。
ご自身で共有する場合
スキャンを書き出し・共有する際は、送り先をご自身で選択します(AirDrop、ファイル、メッセージ、
他のアプリなど)。形式によって含まれる内容が異なります。
.neko3d パッケージにはカメラ画像が含まれます。位置情報を
オンにしていた場合は GPS 座標も含まれます。- その他の 3D 形式(USDZ / OBJ / GLB / PLY / STL / 3MF)には形状とテクスチャのみが含まれ、
GPS 座標は含まれません。
いったん共有されたデータは、送信先のサービスのポリシーに従うこととなり、本アプリの管理下から
離れます。
データの削除
- アプリ内でスキャンを削除すると、関連するファイルもすべて削除されます。
- アプリを削除すると、すべてのスキャン・設定・キャッシュが消去されます。
当方はそもそもデータを保持していないため、当方に対する削除請求という概念は存在しません。
お子様について
本アプリは、お子様を含め、いかなる方からもデータを収集しません。
ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーを変更した場合は、冒頭の「最終更新日」を更新します。重要な変更については、アプリの
リリースノートでもお知らせします。
